I had a fantastic time at Springhill Suites Charlotte At Carowinds. The location was perfect for our trip to Carowinds, super close to the park, making it easy to come and go. The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent variety, good for fueling up before a day out. However, we returned one evening to find our room hadn’t been cleaned at all during our two-night stay. I had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper and towels, which was frustrating. It would’ve been nice to have daily housekeeping. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the service could definitely improve in terms of room cleanliness and communication about housekeeping policies.
